Our strengths lie in the fact that our technicians operate throughout the Region. We carry out interventions throughout the territory day in day out and are able to see in real time where our technicians are and send the closest one to sort out problems with almost incredible timing. The use of a van tracking system connected to the company management software is able to automatically divert the closest technician whilst providing him at the same time with the information needed to repair the breakdown.

We are also one of a very few companies able to provide a fully comprehensive service as we are founding partners along with Systems, of Netikom, which was established in 2018 to provide operator services and we work exclusively with optical fibre to serve large-scale companies. This enables us to offer a complete service ensuring that all breakdowns are resolved as there are no third parties in the supply chain. Everything remains under our control and we are not dependent on other providers, who hardly ever share our sensitivity towards clients.

We are also equipped with special means of transport so we can reach clients in any situation, from off-road vehicles to snowmobiles, right through to a helicopter when necessary. We are able to remain mobile in any weather conditions and our technicians have been trained and are experienced in off-road driving.
